Creating a wedding registry was one of my FAVORITE things when I was planning my wedding. The thrill of curating and envisioning what our home would like like after marriage was key and took just the right amount of effort on my part to keep me stress free while wedding planning.
My bridal shower and registry stalking days are over, but yours may just be getting started! Here are some of my favorite registry sites that may come in handy when building your own registry.
1. FOOD52
Why we love Food52:
Expertly-curated selection of items. (legit all of these items were so cute and we LOVE that they are sourced from makers)
10% off in the Food52 shop for 6 months after your wedding (including items left on your registry.)
Gift Tracking: All of your guest information is stored in one easy-to-manage page along with shipping and tracking information.
Although Food52 is not a registry dashboard, we really loved these items. We received almost all of the items on our Food52 registry.
It was slightly hard to work with customer service when we received a damaged item but, they were very polite and able to resolve our problem quickly. I LOVE this store and the vision they have for their registry, although it is evident that some of the kinks still need to be worked out, the items are just unlike any I have found on other registries.
2. Zola
Why we love Zola:
Zola is dedicated to wedding planning, including free wedding websites, wedding checklists, vendors and more.
Couples can add items from any store onto their Zola registry (that's what we did!)
Outside of products, Zola registries allow couples to add subscription services, cash funds, experiences, and gift cards to their registries.
Zola's Registry Planner is top notch and was really useful when deciding how many gifts we needed to add based on the number of guests attending our wedding, splitting the items we selected up by price point and was sort of fun!
"Registries We Love" selected by the Zola team, I found myself browsing other couples' registry items just for fun. Finding inspiration with the Starter Collections was fun too!
Zola is the only registry that lets you decide exactly when and where couples want their gifts to ship, giving them complete control of when they get their gifts.
Zola offers a Group Gifting option that allows guests to make contributions towards higher-priced wedding gifts, so you can ask for what you really want, without the price tag guilt.
Personalized Dashboard: Upload your own background image, set up images for each section of your registry and show guests who you really are!
Price Matching: If you find a lower price from an approved online retailer on a qualifying product, you can email the Zola team for price matching.
Zola's Gift Tracker makes keeping track of your gifts really easy. You can ship your Zola items when you are ready, transfer cash to your bank account and even virtually exchange and item if you change your mind.
Zola offers a completion discount to couples: 20% Post-Wedding Discount for 20% off all remaining gifts on their registry for 6 months after their wedding date.
Lowest Cash Fee: Zola charges a 2.5% credit card processing fee
Thank You Note Manager: export an accurate list of who bought what and when with guests' addressed to make writing thank you notes a breeze.
Zola offers a free Registry advisor who is always available to answer your or your guests's questions, give tips, and help where needed.
3. Anthropologie
Why we love Anthropologie:
Anthropologie offers Essential items and non-essential registry items.
15% completion discount for one-time-use (valid for 90 days online or in stores)
Real time updates when registry items are purchased
While we were registered at Anthropologie, most of the items were back ordered. I mean, we weren't in a rush to get the gifts but it felt weird having back ordered items on our list. It was also hard to add items from Anthropologie onto our Zola registry when we condensed. I also had no idea about the completion discount. I never received our discount code and now we are beyond 90 days. However, I LOVE Anthropologie and all of their items. It felt special having the items from Anthro on our registry and we actually got some amazing gifts from guests who loved Anthropologie too!
4. Crate & Barrel
Why we love Crate & Barrel:
Crate & Barrel items are super beautiful and there are so many options to choose from.
10% completion discount for 6 months after your wedding.
Free shipping on all registry gifts.
Crate & Barrel provides expert advice at their registry events (which are super fun and you get free cups!)
You can check your registry on the Crate & Barrel app
Crate & Barrel keeps track of the items purchased from your registry and they guests who bought them, making it easy to thank guests for the gifts.
Crate & Barrel offers (online only) group gifting
You can use C&B gift cards at CB2
5. Williams Sonoma
Why we love Williams Sonoma:
Newlywed discount: receive 10% off any purchase for 6 months after your wedding.
Bonus Gifts: Get extra gifts by adding certain items to your registry. Receive special bonus gifts when you add products from their best brands.
Private shopping appointments
Gift tracker & thank you note manager
6. West Elm
Why we love West Elm:
West Elm is a sister store or Williams Sonoma, and Pottery Barn, making it easy to manage their registry with their ‘registry collective.’
15 % off completion discount to buy what is left on your registry, plus anything else that catches your eye.
Design Crew: expert help with merging styles, creating the perfect registry and making your house a home.
Group gifting option available
Registry checklist to help find basics to add to your registry.
